Frequently Asked Questions
Since we sell at wholesale prices, some of our suppliers (brands and product collections) require a minimum dollar or quantity amount for orders that include their brand. These minimum amounts are clearly indicated when selecting your products.
Also, some of our suppliers do not sell certain products as single units. You will find these products bundled in case packs of 2, 6 or sometimes 12 units per case.
Please note that aside from each ''per brand'' minimums, Maighan Distribution has a minimum order request of $350.
Once your order has been placed and your method of payment is authorized, you should receive your order within 4 to 7 business days, depending on the carrier and where your parcel is being delivered.
Our customer service department will send you a tracking number by email once your order leaves our warehouse.
Due to occasional carrier-related shipping delays, actual delivery times cannot be guaranteed by Maighan Distribution.
Please take note that our warehouse is open from Monday to Friday only, excluding Canadian Holidays.

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we will only accept returns and/or exchanges on products which are in its original packaging - unopened. (Exceptions may apply)
Please contact us for return inquiries within 7 days of receiving your product. Please note that shipping costs cannot be refunded and the Retailer must bear the cost of the shipping back to Maighan Distribution.
Should the item be faulty due to a manufacturer's defect, we will be happy to assist you with a product replacement. Warranties do not cover usual wear and tear, and accidental drops.
Please note that some warranty matters must be dealt with the manufacturer. We will issue you a replacement as soon as we get notified by the manufacturer.

Unfortunately, Maighan Distribution does not sell to online stores that are not currently live. We only work with stores that are already in operation so we can verify that the retailer qualifies for our wholesale pricing.
